Our Signature Style: The Wave Dinner Set
A Firm Favourite
At Woven Rosa, our Wave ceramic dinner set has quietly become our signature.
Recognisable at first glance for its soft, rippling edge and joyful palette, this colourful ceramic dinnerware collection has become the piece many of our customers first discover us through — and the dinner set they return to again and again. Loved by food lovers and interior designers alike, it has also found its way into a few well-known kitchens, including those of Jessie Ware and Laura Jackson.
Designed to bring personality to everyday tables and celebration tables alike, our handmade ceramic dinner plates, pasta bowls and breakfast bowls are made to be mixed, matched and enjoyed for years to come.
The Design That Started It All
The Wave design was the very first tableware concept I created for Woven Rosa.
Inspired by the movement of Mediterranean coastlines — almost like a little bold sunshine sitting at the centre of the table. When laid together, the colourful dinner plates and bowls bring a bold impact to your table.
The design was also shaped by life here in Valencia. We live just moments from the sea and work directly with a small family-run ceramic workshop here in Spain, where each piece of our ceramic dinnerware is handmade and hand painted.
The collection is inspired by the feeling of endless summers on the Med — morning swims, long lunches, late dinners and the vibrant colours you see along the shoreline. It often feels like life evolves around the table here in Spain so it felt very fitting to centre our collection around that. The shades reflect the bright tones of beach umbrellas, gelato stands, and sunset skies.
Each piece in the collection shares the same flowing silhouette, whether it’s the dinner plate, pasta bowl, or breakfast bowl, allowing the entire ceramic dinner set to feel cohesive while still playful.

Handmade Ceramic Dinnerware, Made in Spain
All of our ceramic dinnerware is handmade by skilled artisans in Valencia, Spain.
Each plate and bowl is shaped from ceramic, finished by hand, and then individually hand painted, meaning no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Subtle brushstrokes and slight variations are part of the beauty — the charm of authentic handmade dinnerware.
By working directly with a small workshop here in Valencia, we’re able to keep production thoughtful, slow, and personal. Working with our ceramicist Cesar is a real joy and has become a strong relationship I really value and cherish.
It’s tableware made with care, designed to be used often and loved for years.
Our Wave ceramic dinner set comes in six colours, designed to mix together beautifully:
Azure Blue, Sunglow Yellow, Grenadine Red, Sorbet Lilac, Blush, Espresso
Some people love a perfectly matching ceramic dinner set, while others mix colours across their dinner plates, pasta bowls and breakfast bowls for a more relaxed, eclectic table.
However you style them, the result is always the same: a colourful dinner set that feels joyful, warm and full of character.

Laura Jacksons ‘Art of Hosting’ Series
The Ultimate Show Stopping Plates
One of the things we hear most from customers is how much joy these pieces bring to the table.
Our ceramic dinner plates and bowls were designed for the moments that happen around food — from quick weekday breakfasts to long, laughter-filled dinner parties.
They’re the perfect dinner party plates, colourful enough to feel special but timeless enough to use every day. Designed to bring joy to the loud, celebratory moments, but equally to the quiet, everyday ones too.
Because we are strong believers that beautiful tableware shouldn’t be saved for best — it should bring a little joy to the everyday.
Loved by Food Lovers (and a Few Familiar Faces)
Over the years our colourful ceramic dinner plates and pasta bowls have quietly become favourites in a few well-loved kitchens.
They’ve appeared in Rachel Ama’s cookbook, have been part of many of Emma Lou’s A Greedy Model dinners, and are proudly on rotationin Jessie Ware’s kitchen.
They are often spotted around Jessie’s kitchen table whilst hosting familiar faces including Hilary Duff, Kate Hudson, Geri Halliwell, and Maya Rudolph for her Table Manners Podcast. (A real pinch-me moment that never gets old.)
WE’re also thrilled to have seen our dinner plates in Laura Jacksons kitchen and used in her infamous ‘The Art if Hosting’ series to style a Christmas feast.
